Refund policy
At Sirivana Naturals, we take great pride in the quality of our natural fragrance oils. Every order is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. However, if you experience any issue with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging. The item must be in the same condition as received. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the package.
Damages and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contactus@sirivananaturals.com with supporting photographs.
We will review the issue promptly and arrange for a replacement or refund, as applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products (natural fragrance oils and liquid formulations), opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or bulk special orders (unless damaged or incorrect)
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Sirivana Naturals will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
Exchanges
To exchange a product, please initiate a return following the process above. Once the return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at contactus@sirivananaturals.com.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To qualify for this return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Sirivana Naturals reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
